Overview

WorkTree is currently in a pre-launch phase. The only personal information we collect on this site is the email address you voluntarily submit to our early access waitlist. This policy explains what we do with it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we store:

• The email address you provide
• The date and time you submitted it

We do not collect your name, IP address, location, payment information, or any other personal data through the waitlist form.

Why we collect it

Your email is collected for one purpose only: to notify you by email when WorkTree becomes available, and to send you your invite to early access. That's it.

We do not use your email for marketing newsletters, product promotions, surveys, analytics profiling, or any unrelated communications.

How we store it

Waitlist emails are stored in a secure managed database. Access is restricted to the WorkTree team. We never sell, rent, trade, or share your email with third parties or advertisers.

Your rights

You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time, for any reason, with no questions asked. We will delete your record promptly. Once WorkTree launches and you receive your invite email, you may also unsubscribe directly from that email.

Retention

We keep your email only until early access invitations have been sent and you have either signed up or declined. After a reasonable period following launch, unused waitlist entries are deleted.

If this policy changes before launch, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes that affect how your email is used will be communicated to you directly.
